Responsibilities
1-3 years of commercial litigation experience in state and federal courts or arbitrations
Experience or interest in complex litigation involving contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duties, debtor and creditor matters, partnerships and shareholders, unfair competition, and consumer class actions
Experience drafting pleadings and contested motions, depositions, written discovery and responses, and arguing motions
Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills are required
Clerkship and court experience is a plus but not required
Large law-firm or litigation boutique experience is required
New York bar admission is required
Excellent writing an oral advocacy skills
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S
Qualification
Required
