Responsibilities

Own your territory and build it like it’s your business
Develop new relationships with property managers, regionals, owners, and management companies
Become the regional expert your clients trust and rely on
Drive high-volume prospecting, property visits, regional networking, and industry presence
Cross-sell existing relationships into additional markets to maximize revenue
Collaborate with operations to launch new clients smoothly and maintain strong service
Conduct onsite orientations, property check-ins, and health reviews
Track deals, pipeline, and activity through Zoho CRM
Build your reputation through consistent presence, follow-up, and wins

Required

Minimum 3 years of B2B consultative sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding goals
Confidence, discipline, and drive to own a large territory

Desire for growth, advancement, and bigger opportunities
Ability to thrive in a culture that rewards results and teamwork
