Review calls, ride alongs, and numbers regularly
Coach in real time
Turn missed opportunities into teachable moments the whole team can learn from
Create a culture of continuous improvement with clear goals, consistent coaching, and a high bar for professionalism and follow-through
Qualification
Required
Hands-on sales leader experience
Ability to build, coach, and hold a team accountable
Set clear expectations and track performance
Conduct tough conversations with respect and clarity
Own day-to-day performance of the sales team
