The Fitness Scheduling Administrator is responsible for creating weekly fitness schedules, providing operational support, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth department operations.

Responsibilities

This role is primarily responsible for creating weekly fitness schedules to include call outs, trainings and special events and importing schedules into Book4Time software

Provide operational support including marketing requests, scheduling departmental meetings, greeting guests, answering phones, making copies, scanning, submitting requests for IT and Facilities

Attend all department meetings, transcribe and distribute staff meeting notes

Maintain current guest utilization reports

Responsible for administrative tasks to include inventory and recertification

Required

Limited experience required (1-2 years previous experience in same or related field)

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
