Sell a wide range of powersports vehicles while providing an exceptional customer experience
Build relationships with customers through active listening and genuine engagement
Follow a proven dealership sales process from greeting to delivery
Maintain strong product knowledge of our lineup and competitor models
Use dealership sales technology and CRM systems (SharePoint, LightspeedEVO, Kenect, Cady phone, BambooHR)
Prospect, network, and help drive dealership traffic
Represent the dealership with professionalism and integrity
Qualification
Required
Mid-level experience
High-energy, customer-focused attitude
Passion for ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, personal watercraft, boats, or fast-paced retail sales
Ability to sell a wide range of powersports vehicles while providing an exceptional customer experience
Ability to build relationships with customers through active listening and genuine engagement
Ability to follow a proven dealership sales process from greeting to delivery
Strong product knowledge of our lineup and competitor models
Ability to use dealership sales technology and CRM systems (SharePoint, LightspeedEVO, Kenect, Cady phone, BambooHR)
Ability to prospect, network, and help drive dealership traffic
Professionalism and integrity in representing the dealership
Preferred
Experience in automotive sales, motorcycle sales, outdoor recreation equipment, lawn & garden, marine sales, small engine sales, RV/camper sales, or agricultural equipment is highly beneficial
