Responsibilities

Source, screen, and evaluate top technical talent for various roles, including Product-UI/UX designers and software engineers
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates in a competitive market
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and closing
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate technical interviews with the hiring team
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and status
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence in the AI and tech startup space
Foster positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process
Assist in developing and improving the company's employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts
Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding processes for new hires
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness
Adapt recruiting strategies to meet the evolving needs of a fast-paced AI startup environment

Required

3-5 years of technical recruiting experience
