Selling Sales Manager

Luxury Bath of Seattle is expanding rapidly and seeking a motivated, experienced Selling Sales Manager to lead our sales team while actively participating in the field. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who excels in both direct selling and team leadership within the home remodeling industry.

Responsibilities

Conduct In-Home Sales Appointments: Personally run sales appointments, demonstrating best practices and supporting team development through real-time coaching
Sales Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor a team of in-home sales representatives to achieve individual and team performance goals
Performance Management: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure targets are met. Provide constructive feedback and implement performance improvement strategies as needed
Training & Development: Lead regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, improve sales techniques, and strengthen overall team performance
Sales Support & Collaboration: Assist sales representatives with challenging appointments, including participating in joint calls and supporting the closing process
Customer Retention: Conduct cancel-save and follow-up (rehash) appointments to maximize revenue opportunities
Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with the marketing and inside sales teams to ensure consistent lead flow and efficient appointment scheduling

Required

Prior successful in-home sales experience, ideally within the home improvement or remodeling industry

Technologically proficient, with experience using iPad-based presentations and electronic contract platforms
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of driving both personal and team success
