Local Sales Manager
The Malin Group Inc. provides hospitality-driven workspaces designed to inspire productivity. The Local Sales Manager is responsible for driving local revenue growth through managing memberships, event sales, and on-demand bookings while ensuring a positive member experience.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate CRM data and contribute weekly updates on performance metrics
Track and report on membership sales, renewals, and pipeline activity
Provide qualitative and quantitative insights to help inform business decisions
Tour and convert leads across all membership tiers
Manage renewals, mitigate cancellations, and track member churn trends
Partner with the Member Experience team to optimize referral and retention strategies
Manage event sales pipeline and client communications
Coordinate event logistics, vendor arrangements, and payment collection
Conduct post-event analysis and reporting to improve processes and outcomes
Monitor meeting room and day-pass utilization; identify growth opportunities
Anticipate on-demand performance, collaborate on revenue strategies to drive business in periods of slowdown
Engage repeat customers to drive conversions into memberships
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of driving sales, negotiating, upselling, and meeting targets
Foundational understanding of reporting, budgeting, and expense management
Ability to ensure seamless operations and uphold brand standards
Ability to collaborate on and execute growth strategies and initiatives
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Proactive and results-driven, with a desire to work in a rapidly growing startup environment
Approachable and attentive, actively listens and anticipates the needs of others; matters are handled with urgency and care
Thorough and detail-oriented with proven task and time management skills
Able to work effectively, autonomously, and collaboratively amidst change or periods of ambiguity
