Responsibilities
Lead the development and integration of advanced software architectures, AI/ML systems, and enterprise IT solutions
Establish and enforce technical standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks across all project teams
Guide the adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance system performance, security, and scalability
Oversee technical risk assessments, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex engineering challenges
Collaborate with government stakeholders to translate mission needs into actionable technical requirements and solutions
Mentor and develop engineering staff, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence
Ensure compliance with all security, data rights, and performance requirements
Qualification
Required
At least 10 years' experience in technical leadership roles, with a focus on software architecture, AI/ML, and enterprise integration
TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects in secure environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
U.S. Citizenship (required for classified work)
Ability to deploy globally as required by mission needs
Preferred
Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
