Support Supply Chain – purchasing, value analysis, logistics and materials management
Month end data, Excel, Access, and other needed reporting
Budget analysis
Human resources
Daily patient billing through various third party software
Coordination of projects
Scheduling appointments – meetings and interviews
Requisitioning via SAP
Coordinating and scheduling travel – approvals and reimbursements
Vendor badges
Department organization – events and functions
Meeting management and calendar coordination
Inventory in asset storage locations to assist materials management
Annual space and capital equipment inventory

3 yrs

Preferred

Associate's degree and 3+ years of office work experience preferred
