Responsibilities
Hiring and nurturing talent, ensuring that each member is equipped to provide exceptional service
Developing strong relationships with local businesses and residents to help them achieve their financial goals
Crafting and implementing plans that boost productivity and sales performance
Identifying opportunities to cultivate new customer relationships and expand the branch's reach
Marketing products and services, making outbound calls, and networking within the community
Leading by example, ensuring that both you and your team meet or exceed branch goals
Conducting regular meetings to keep your team engaged and informed, and providing ongoing training and support
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Branch/Retail Banking experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of Retail Banking and commercial business processes
Proven sales and outside calling skills
Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
Strong initiative, judgment, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and core operating systems
This position involves travel or driving; as the role requires frequent visits to client locations, off-site meetings, and collaboration with various stakeholders. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable with regular travel commitments
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
