Responsibilities

Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Credit Admin Reports
Research and collect data for various loan-related reports and projects
Order appraisal reports and documenting the qualifications of appraisers and environmental assessors
Support the maintenance of credit records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations
Maintain credit policies and procedures as needed
Prepare routine credit-related reports accurately and in a timely manner
Support credit administration functions by performing a variety of administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient departmental workflow
Assist with internal and external audit requests by gathering documentation, responding to inquiries, and ensuring proper recordkeeping

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college preferred
Prior experience in office support roles, credit administration, lending, or bank operations required
Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or client complaints
Present a professional image in dealing with customers, interdepartmental, and external representatives
Accurate typing/keyboarding skills; basic computer skills, including the use of word processing, spreadsheet software applications, core banking process systems, e-mail and on-line banking programs
Good analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
Ability to retain broad knowledge of lending tasks
Strong analytical skills with a thorough understanding of lending operations and client needs
