HH Global is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for their second shift operations. The role involves leading and managing all warehouse activities, ensuring safety and efficiency while supervising a team to meet production and quality goals.

Responsibilities

Lead warehouse functions during the second shift, including production, picking, packing, consolidation, and shipping

Lead, train, and motivate a team of associates to meet productivity and quality goals

Monitor and enforce safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment

Collaborate with 1st shift inventory control, production and shipping teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow

Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, including discrepancies, and shift reports

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Schedule labor and assign tasks based on workload and priorities

Provide performance feedback and participate in hiring, training, and disciplinary actions as needed

Communicate and share knowledge of operation with the group

Coordinate and implement new business and internal process improvements

Maintains reports which include, but are not limited to, Departmental Efficiencies, Quality, and Inventory Control
