Human Resources & Office Coordinator
Winn & Winn Recruiting Agency, LLC is seeking a Human Resources & Office Coordinator to support HR operations and ensure efficient office management. The role involves assisting with employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, and managing office supplies and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Support HR department : educating employees on and enforcing company policies
Onboarding: Assist with new-hire procedures, including organizing employee orientation, creating new employee files, ensuing all necessary paperwork is property filled out and submitted HRIS
HR support contact: Under the leadership of the Director of HR, serve as a point of contact for general HR inquiries
Employee engagement: support employee engagement initiatives and company culture efforts
Conflict resolution: Assist with documentation and escalate issues to HR leadership as needed
Additional Responsibilities: Assist with any additional responsibilities as assigned
Maintain accurate employee records
Assist with payroll preparation by gathering timesheets and updating employee information
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws
Additional duties as assigned
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and well-functioning workspace
Mange office supplies, inventory, and ordering
Assist organizing company swag, shipping to multiple locations etc
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility vendor relationships
Assist with mail, deliveries, shipping, and other duties as needed
Organize company events, staff meetings, executive meetings, employee and company celebrations, and team building activities
Maintain calendars, prepare reports, and support special projects
Assist with any additional responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR support, office assistance, or administrative roles. (This role is ideal for a recent college graduate)
Ability to travel as needed to multiple locations
Highly organized and efficient worker; skilled with multi-tasking
Excellent communication skills
Empathy, sound judgment, and reliability are core requirements for this position
Ability to follow direction and pivot tasks quickly
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong MS Office experience specifically with Excel
Bilingual – English/Spanish required
Ability to work onsite to support daily office operations
This position requires occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 25 lbs.)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field is preferred
