Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a science-related field required
8+ years of applicable quality or compliance experience with paints and coatings
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems
Experience with internal audits, external audits, and corrective/preventive actions
Ability to wear a respirator and all required PPE (including being clean-shaven)
Willingness and ability to work overtime as business needs require
Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred
Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
