NEOGOV is seeking a Psychologist to join the Rainier School, a Residential Habilitation Center committed to supporting clients with developmental disabilities. The role involves providing clinical consultation, developing behavioral support plans, conducting psychological evaluations, and overseeing psychological services for residents with significant challenges.

Responsibilities
Serve as the psychological consultant to the Interdisciplinary team
Develop positive behavioral support plans
Conduct psychological evaluations and comprehensive functional assessments
Maintain oversight of all positive behavioral support plans and recommend changes as necessary
Provide diagnostic assessments to clarify treatment needs
Provide consultation and training to professional and direct care staff
Ensure that all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Provide clinical supervision to master’s level Psychology Associates
Participate in clinical staff meetings
Qualification
Required
Licensed Psychologist in good standing
Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an American Psychological Association accredited university psychology department or professional school of psychology
Three years of post-doctoral experience, including one year of experience supervising other professional psychologists
Ability to provide clinical leadership and direction to clinical staff and interdisciplinary team
Experience providing treatment to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health and/or co-occurring disorders
Ability to plan and develop effective behavioral intervention strategies
Knowledge of diagnostic concepts for developmental disabilities and current treatment and intervention modalities
Techniques for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of individual treatment plans
Ability to work in a stressful environment
