The role involves performing inspections, assessing wildlife activity, and educating customers while maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough inspections of homes and businesses to assess for nuisance wildlife activity-things like squirrels, raccoons, bats, and rodents
Identify entry points
Assess the level of infestation or risk
Determine what steps are needed to protect the property
Educate customers on long-term protection
Recommend our wildlife exclusion warranties
Represent Arrow Exterminators in the communities you serve
Maintain our reputation for going beyond the call and delivering an awesome experience in every interaction

Qualification

Wildlife inspection certificationPest control knowledgeProfessional appearanceCustomer service skills

Required

Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
Able to pass internal technical exams
Possess current Driver's License
High school diploma or equivalent
Present a professional appearance including wearing an approved Arrow uniform
Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week
Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
