Shape practice strategy, develop teams, and ensure operational excellence to strengthen Capgemini’s capabilities

Required

Experience in consulting at a leading firm (7+ years) and/or industry roles (10+ years)

Experience in delivering major engineering, software-related initiatives with measurable impact

Strong understanding of PLM, MOM/MES, ERP, and MBSE solutions (business value, vendor landscape, capabilities and limitations)

Hands-on experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Model-Based Enterprise (MBE), digital twins, and digital threads

Ability to define strategic analyses and provide actionable recommendations for transformation initiatives
