Responsibilities
Experience on IBM Sterling product (any of Connect Direct/ Control Centre)
Proficient in product log analysis and Debug log analysis
Proficient on windows/ Linux
Excellent communication skills- Verbal and Written
Experience of Managed File Transfer products (Control Center, Connect Direct)
Unix/Windows Connect Direct support experience
Experience in cloud technology /Kubernetes /OCP
Hands on experience of transmissions protocols (sFTP, C: D etc )
Good understanding of the Secure plus protocols (TLS /SSL etc)
Networking and security experience of cryptography applications and data security
Hands on administration experience of Windows and Unix, operating systems
Windows/Unix scripting experience and XML coding
Willing to work in 24•7 Production Support model
Qualification
Required
