Responsibilities
Develop and design digital assets, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and online advertisements
Ensure designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for various devices and platforms
Work closely with the marketing, development, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliverables
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts
Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all digital designs to ensure consistency and brand integrity
Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and other relevant tools
Stay updated with the latest digital design technologies and techniques
Review designs for errors before publishing or presenting to ensure accuracy and high standards
Keep up with current design trends and best practices to enhance skills and improve the quality of deliverables
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
0–2 years of experience in digital design or a related field
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar)
Basic knowledge of web design principles (HTML/CSS experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred
Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Experience with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Squarespace
