Senior Associate, Complex Assets Valuations
KPMG is one of the world's top tax firms, known for its collaborative and future-forward culture. The Senior Associate in the Valuations practice will assist in delivering valuation services for complex financial instruments and communicate valuation concepts to institutional clients.

Responsibilities
Assist with the delivery of valuation services related to a variety of complex financial instruments
Critically review model functionality, evaluate and document the methodology employed, assumptions used, and conclusions reached
Effectively articulate valuation concepts to institutional clients consisting of hedge funds, private equity, pensions and endowments, and financial institutions
Qualification
Required
A minimum of three years of valuations experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Modeling experience with Intex as well as a familiarity with other relevant market data applications, including Bloomberg is essential
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience with structured credit asset classes such as commercial mortgage-backed securities CMBS, Collateralized Loan Obligations/Collateralized Debt Obligations (CLOs/CDOs); prior experience of RMBS analysis is preferred
