Associate, L&D - Tax
KPMG is a well-regarded firm providing audit, tax, and advisory services. They are seeking an Associate in Learning & Development for their Talent & Culture L&D organization, responsible for coordinating training programs and maintaining compliance with educational requirements.

Responsibilities
Coordinate the planning, delivering and closing of instructor-led, virtual and/or nationally developed local office training programs
Understand and maintain knowledge of CPE requirements, NASBA guidelines, EA requirements, and internal processes to enhance and update them as needed
Assist with the creation, maintenance, and deployment of Digital Asset courses and help maintain the SharePoint digital asset database
Prepare, analyze and summarize various reports needed to assess and deliver training
Assist with other initiatives where needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum two years of recent business experience in a professional environment
Ability to exercise independent judgment to make daily decisions with minimal supervision; able to work on multiple projects concurrently, maintaining quality deliverables
Demonstrate strong attention to details; excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, project management and analytical skills required
Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint and Outlook (specifically including VLOOKUP and pivot tables) preferred
