Responsibilities
Lead and grow existing national accounts in the battery industry
Work closely with various CBS teams to align on and meet customer needs and expectations
Accurately report and forecast sales pipeline and performance through CRM
Identify new growth opportunities and develop strategies to boost sales and improve processes
Develop tools and initiatives to improve the customer experience within the national accounts segment
Qualification
Required
5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies in the automotive and battery spaces respectively
Self-motivated and proactive, capable of setting and achieving goals independently and with the team
Experience using CRM software is required
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills with experience presenting to executive teams
Ability to travel up to 20%
Clean, well-maintained, and professional appearance required
Adherence to safety and grooming standards, including modest jewelry, covered tattoos, and appropriate hygiene
