Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary and acute care to patients in a nursing home setting
Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans
Collaborate with nurses, specialists, social workers, and families to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
Participate in care conferences and family meetings
Qualification
Required
Internist or Nursing Home Physician qualification
Ability to provide comprehensive primary and acute care to patients in a nursing home setting
Experience in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions
Skills to develop, implement, and review individualized care plans
Ability to collaborate with nurses, specialists, social workers, and families to coordinate patient care
Proficiency in maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
Participation in care conferences and family meetings
