Collaborate closely with the clinical leadership and operations teams
Monitor productivity, provide coaching, and drive continued growth
Represent Trilogy at community events and special functions

Required

High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
3+ years of Home Health sales experience required
Proven ability to build relationships and drive results
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel locally and attend events
Goal-driven with experience developing strategies and achieving sales goals

Preferred

Prior leadership experience in sales/marketing preferred
