Responsibilities

Support AI Strategy & Execution: Contribute to the design and implementation of generative AI use cases aligned with client goals and industry trends

Deliver Projects: Collaborate on AI and data transformation initiatives, ensuring quality execution and measurable impact

Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand business needs and help shape tailored solutions

Team Contribution: Work closely with managers and senior leaders, contributing to project planning, analysis, and delivery

Internal Contribution: Work with our Financial Services team to drive value internally through business development, people development, or other means

Stay Current: Keep up with the latest in generative AI and financial services to inform your work and client recommendations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

Must possess experience in leveraging AI/GenAI and data to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and drive operational efficiency across the organization

Exposure to AI, data strategy, or digital transformation projects

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate ideas clearly—visually and verbally

A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Passion for innovation and emerging technologies

Travel is required per 50-75% dependent on client need
