Required

7+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain transformation, with at least 5 years in a consulting or advisory role

Proven experience in management consulting analysis, assessments, roadmaps, and design phases

Strong understanding of integrated business planning (IBP), demand/supply planning, and inventory optimization

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

Experience with planning tools such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, or Blue Yonder

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field

Ability to travel up to 75% (or as needed) to client site

Preferred

MBA or relevant Master's
