Responsibilities
Become a sector specialist working one-on-one with a Senior Analyst who has 10-15 years of prior industry experience in consulting and industry management roles
Drive in-depth analysis of your companies, stocks, and industry themes, including financial forecasting and detailed forward-looking models
Author highly differentiated written research that is famous for its deep industry insights and quantitative frameworks
Develop creative approaches to answer nuanced questions, finding novel data and quantifying the unquantifiable
Build strong relationships across the investing community including with our sales and trading teams and institutional clients
Build a network within your industry including senior management of your companies
Act as team COO and actively manage your franchise’s workflow
Qualification
Required
Relentless intellectual curiosity and an aptitude for solving complex problems
Organic leadership and an entrepreneurial mindset
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong quantitative skills and ability to work with data sets, including STEM undergraduate degrees
Best-in-class broad-based analytical skills
Willingness to own work and maintain accountability
Collaborative, team-player attitude
MBA or equivalent experience
Preferred
Expertise or an interest in tech, AI, and/or real estate
Experience analyzing public companies
Demonstrated experience working with clients in a professional service environment
