Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP GTS implementations, upgrades (e.g., ECC → S/4HANA), enhancements, and support
Conduct AS‑IS/TO‑BE workshops for compliance, customs, risk, and preference processes
Customize GTS modules—Compliance Management (SPL screening, sanction checking), Customs Management, Risk/Preference Management—and integrate with ECC/S/4HANA and middleware (CPI, Seeburger, EDI)
Collaborate on migration strategies (Selective Data/Bluefield), ensure data integrity, and support cutover/hypercare phases
Act as liaison between business, technical, and offshore/onshore teams; mentor consultants, manage stakeholder expectations, and present to executive levels
Drive efficiency, automation enhancements, and adherence to best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field
8–15+ years in SAP GTS roles, including implementations, upgrades, and support
Specific experience in S/4HANA GTS & migrations (previous ECC - S/4HANA migrations)
Core GTS configuration experience: compliance, customs, risk/preference management, HS/Product classification
SAP SD integrations: order-to-cash, shipping, pricing, intercompany processing
Strong analytical mindset for complex trade scenarios
Exceptional stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, executive presentation, team mentoring
Preferred
Previous experience with SAP GTS experience with multiple full life cycle implementations
SAP S/4HANA certification and GTS modules preferred
