Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of full stack web systems and user interfaces to support development of customer-facing AI agents (Node.js, Vue.js, TypeScript)

Take full ownership of complex web projects from planning to deployment

Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver an evolving product

Build and maintain sophisticated data visualization components and interactive dashboards for marketing analytics

Create responsive, accessible web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks at scale

Drive improvements in web performance, user experience, and accessibility across different devices and browsers

Implement advanced user interface patterns and complex state management solutions

Mentor junior engineers and establish web engineering best practices

Create and enforce software development standards, including code quality and testing

Optimize web build processes and development workflows for team efficiency

Work closely with backend engineers to design and integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow

Communicate project milestones and progress clearly to stakeholders

Required

5+ years of full stack web engineering experience with demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges

Experience building and debugging large scale full stack applications and user interfaces

Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React, or similar) and advanced patterns

Deep understanding of modern build tools, development workflows, and frontend architecture

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design principles, and web performance optimization

Experience with complex state management, component architecture, and website scalability challenges

Strong background with RESTful APIs, frontend-backend integration, and data flow management

Strong design sensibilities and ability to implement sophisticated designs accurately

Strong bias to execution coupled with high engineering standards and attention to detail

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Preferred

Interest in AI and machine learning (experience a plus, but not required)

Mastery of Vue.js and state management in reactive frameworks

Experience with data visualization libraries such as D3, Chart.js, or Three.js

Understanding of data science and machine learning fundamentals

Proficiency with collaborative interface design tools such as Figma and design systems

Experience with TypeScript and advanced JavaScript patterns

Knowledge of testing frameworks, frontend testing best practices, and test automation

Previous startup experience, particularly in early-stage companies

Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
