Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems in compliance with requirements
Prepare and maintain documentation for quality processes and ensure compliance with control plans, work instructions, inspection procedures, P-FMEA and other quality standards
Perform process audits, layered process audits (LPA), and product inspections
Lead and support PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submissions for new and existing products
Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles to ensure accurate interpretation of engineering drawings
Perform SPC (Statistical Process Control) analysis to monitor and improve manufacturing processes
Manage and maintain gage calibration programs to ensure measurement accuracy
Conduct internal audits and support external audits for ISO9001 compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement
Analyze customer complaints and implement corrective actions using root cause analysis tools
Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial) with five-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent knowledge of the WINDOWS XX OS environment
Excellent knowledge of the MS OFFICE product family
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, PPAP, GD&T, SPC, and gage calibration systems
Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, and 8D problem-solving
Excellent communication and organizational skills
