As a Multifamily Project Manager, you will manage projects from inception to close, overseeing site, personnel, and sub-contractor management while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and architects.

Responsibilities

Coaching our project team
Managing your project from inception to close
Site, personnel, and sub-contractor management
Presiding over critical pre-construction meetings
Develop a management plan for the project using Pavilion construction management tools and software
Lead both the project from start to finish
Mentor those critical roles serving you, the superintendent and engineers
Regularly interface with Pavilion clients and supportive team members

Qualification

Multifamily project managementConstruction management softwareMS Office SuiteEstimating softwareConstruction accounting softwareTeam collaborationProblem-solvingOrganizational skillsDetail-oriented

Required

Can demonstrate 2+ years of experience working on multi-family/senior housing/hospitality projects
Previously performed the role of a project engineer, project manager, or superintendent
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), estimating software, and construction accounting software programs
Have a winning attitude, a positive problem-solving approach, and enjoy working in a team environment

Preferred

2 years of post-graduate education (i.e. trade school, apprenticeship, etc.) is a plus!
