The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating staffing schedules, interviewing C.N.A. candidates, managing nursing supplies inventory, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the nursing department.

Responsibilities
Interview Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) candidates as part of the hiring process
Stock nursing supplies and maintain accurate inventory control
Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PCC, ADP, and PPD Management for scheduling and record-keeping
Collaborate effectively with team members to support a positive work environment
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel, is required
Must be a team player with strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to train the right candidate
Preferred
Experience with PCC, ADP, and PPD Management systems is a plus
Previous experience interviewing C.N.A. candidates preferred
Preferred candidates will have C.N.A. certification or background
