Responsibilities
Establish and maintain rigor across the product development lifecycle
Design and implement scalable systems for collecting, organizing, and prioritizing feedback from customers, GTM, and internal stakeholders, turning insights into actionable roadmap inputs
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to optimize workflows and decision-making processes, enabling faster, more predictable outcomes
Lead complex, cross-team initiatives with clear ownership of scope, milestones, risks, and communications
Own and evolve the release calendar and delivery cadence
Build and maintain visibility into progress, dependencies, and risks through tools like Jira and Confluence, driving alignment across teams and stakeholders
Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Product Marketing and Enablement to align product releases with GTM milestones and internal communications
Facilitate planning ceremonies, retrospectives, and governance rituals that keep teams aligned and accountable
Identify and address bottlenecks, process gaps, or inefficiencies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
6-8 years supporting or leading cross-functional programs in SaaS, platform, or product environments
Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-team projects on time and with clarity
Ability to independently coordinate and execute cross-functional initiatives
Strong skills in prioritization, stakeholder communication, and risk management
Thrives in ambiguous environments and takes initiative to bring structure and momentum
A self-starter who proactively asks questions and seeks to understand context
Hands-on experience configuring and managing Jira, Confluence, and similar tools
Passionate about creating and evolving workflows, playbooks, and systems
Experience managing product release cycles and contributing to the definition of operational playbooks, delivery practices, and launch readiness processes
