Responsibilities

Architect and implement scalable cloud solutions for data platform enhancements and integrations
Design secure and compliant cloud architecture patterns in alignment with Starbucks governance standards
Lead technical enablement of Databricks features such as Unity Catalog, Delta Sharing, Serverless, and orchestration tools
Collaborate with Cloud Services and GCS Architecture teams to conduct architecture and security reviews
Provide technical leadership and guidance across data engineering and platform teams

Qualification

Azure cloud architectureDatabricks Cloud ArchitectureCloud security principlesWorkflow orchestrationCollaboration skillsCommunication skills

Required

Proven experience in Azure cloud architecture and data platform design
Strong knowledge of Databricks Cloud Architecture and its advanced features
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
Experience with workflow orchestration, monitoring, and serverless technologies

Preferred

Strong understanding of Databricks Cloud Architecture
Familiarity with cloud security principles and governance frameworks
