Responsibilities
Design, build, and ship major features E2E
Take a leading role in developing AI agents and the systems around them
Drive technical decisions to evolve the product and scale the platform
Architect reliable, scalable systems (Python backend)
Work closely with product, design, and go-to-market teams
Bring clarity, structure, and energy to the day-to-day
Qualification
Required
5+ years of software engineering experience
Proven ability to understand complex technical and product problems, break them down, and build end-to-end solutions
Production experience building and operating AI agents or agent-based systems
Strong backend fundamentals (Python, cloud-native, distributed systems)
Sharp systems thinker with a bias for simplicity and clarity
Bias for action, strong sense of ownership, and accountability
Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in English
Preferred
Experience in the cybersecurity domain
Experience building security or AI-driven products
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
