RWI Logistics LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Business Technology Analyst to support internal IT systems and supply chain technology platforms. This role focuses on application support, system troubleshooting, technology implementations, and IT process improvement across logistics operations.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT application support for business systems
Troubleshoot, document, and resolve system, software, and access-related issues
Support system integrations between internal applications and third-party platforms
Assist with testing, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing systems
Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, and external vendors to support technology needs
Document system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures
Assist with user onboarding, access management, and basic system training
Participate in IT projects focused on system upgrades, platform implementations, and process improvements
Provide occasional evening or weekend IT support as required

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of professional or academic experience in IT, systems support, or application support
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple support requests

Preferred

Experience or coursework in enterprise systems, ERP, CRM, or Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Familiarity with logistics, transportation, or supply chain technology environments
Experience working with vendors or third-party technology providers
Exposure to IT service management practices (ticketing systems, change management, documentation)
