Service the day-to-day personal insurance needs of our high-net-worth clients, advising them on coverages and risk reduction strategies
Work closely with our insurance carrier partners
Maintain high level of communication and build effective relationships
Accurately input data into information systems and update the information as needed
Support the organization’s mission, values and strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of P&C Insurance experience
MA P & C License
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of the organization effectively and efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills to assist with customer resolutions
Must be self-motivated and have great attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Familiarity with Applied Epic
