Manage field survey crews, providing leadership, training, and scheduling support
Oversee surveying projects from initiation through completion, including client communication, budgeting, and quality control
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
Contribute to business growth by fostering strong client relationships
Qualification
Required
Licensed Land Surveyor in PA or OH or ability to obtain licensure
Proven experience managing field survey crews
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
