Responsibilities

Maintain up to date project status through project management software
Process returns for signature and payment
Enter billable time daily
E-file Tax Returns and Extensions through tax software
Follow-up with clients regarding outstanding payment/signature requests
Effectively communicate tax prep fees to the billing department
Monitor e-file rejections/acceptances and communicate to tax preparer
Maintain rapport with tax team (preparers, reviewers, Partners) and clients
Responsible for projects assigned by management and supervisor
Available to local staff for administrative tasks and requests
Manage project list for specific location
