Responsibilities
Lead the design and approval of production processes to meet project targets
Define cost-effective production sequences that maximize quality
Develop investment budgets for new products and process innovations
Collaborate with Supply Chain to evaluate and select optimal suppliers
Partner with R&D to optimize technical standards and design rules
Champion health and safety across all production initiatives
Build and develop a high-performing team with HR support
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and engineering
2+ years of direct people management experience
2+ years of project management experience
Strong communication skills, both technical and interpersonal
Preferred
Experience in transformer manufacturing
Lean Six Sigma certification
