Responsibilities

Manufacturing production workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., vacuum chamber coating, organic coating, stripping etc..)

Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products

Load & unload racks of parts, touchup/rework, process rejects, operates hand tools where necessary

Perform daily total preventive maintenance checklist inspections in the area

Material handling of glass, acrylic, coatings, and acids

Work order documentation, record keeping, and data analysis

Qualification

Vacuum chambersThin film depositionAerospace transparenciesMaterial handlingData analysis

Required

Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs

Ability to push/pull 51 lbs or more

Prior experience in vacuum chambers a plus

Prior experience in thin film deposition a plus

Prior experience in aerospace transparencies a plus
