Responsibilities

Assisting with managing environmental water/wastewater projects

Preparing project designs and reports

Preparing and administering construction contracts

Supporting financial functions and resources

Completing project permitting requirements

Reviewing and approving project invoices

Managing proposal scope and budget preparation

Client relationship management and development activities

Communicating with other HRG staff as needed to ensure projects are completed timely and on budget

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field

4+ years of professional experience involving: Design of water distribution and treatment systems, Wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems and processes, Hydraulics, On lot systems, Environmental assessments, Computer modeling of water systems, Hydraulic design software, PA DEP regulations

Experience in project management

Ability to provide timely project deliverables

Develop and maintain excellent client satisfaction

Full knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite, and various engineering applications

Team player possessing strong communication, planning, and organizational skills

Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays (Valid US Driver's License is required)
