Responsibilities

Own project costing accounting activities, including project setup, monitoring spend, retirements, journal entries for facility, development, national, and overhead projects

Perform timely account reconciliations for assigned brands, ensuring compliance with SOX requirements and internal controls

Support period-end close processes, including preparation of depreciation estimates, expense matrices, software CIP reclasses, and related reporting

Ensure adherence to project costing policies by reviewing capitalization, dispositions, capital interest, dead site and pre-capital expenditures, and large-dollar project thresholds

Prepare and analyze project-related financial data, including fixed asset disposals and property loss claim setups and accruals

Assist with internal, SOX, and external audit requests by providing documentation, analysis, and reconciliations
