The role involves assisting with engineering projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with the engineering team to support various manufacturing processes.

Debottlenecking and capacity utilization

Time studies

Ergonomic studies and improvements

Troubleshooting equipment and processes

Plant layout

Project estimation

Material handling

Create documents, drawings, training as needed to support and complete project(s)

Perform other duties as assigned
