Responsibilities
Prepare Journal Entries and Financial Statements: Support the preparation of journal entries and quarterly financial statements across various entities and funds, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies
Automate Financial Reporting Processes: Leverage new software applications to enhance automation and efficiency in financial reporting workflows
Support Training Development: Assist in the design and implementation of training programs for new Accounting hires, contributing to onboarding and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Develop Policy-Bound AI Tools: Partner with the various Accounting teams to create and refine AI agents that support policy research and implementation across the Global Accounting function
Analyze and Present Financial Data: Summarize and present key financial reporting data and insights to management, strengthening analytical and presentation skills
Other tasks, duties and special projects, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate (juniors - seniors) or graduate program
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
For technical roles: experience with relevant tools such as Argus, Tableau, R, Java, SQL, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, or similar
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity
Motivated by curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
Creative mindset and openness to tackling new challenges
Collaborative team player with a supportive approach
