Responsibilities
Qualifying prospects within the area and building a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals
Quickly moving prospects throughout the sales process by delivering an outstanding customer experience
Recruiting and hiring for your sales team
Completing training for all new hires and continuous training for your sales team
Providing coaching and accountability to the team as necessary
Engaging in one-on-one reviews with team members to maximize performance
Strategizing new training methods to be implemented within the agency
Collecting and interpreting data to determine the effectiveness of training techniques
Qualification
Required
18 years or older
Background Check
Hold a valid Georgia driver's license
Hold a valid Georgia Insurance License, or be willing to get licensed with our scholarship program
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
Basic computer skills
Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required
Extra commitment and willingness to receive initial classroom product training, field training, and mentoring
Preferred
Customer service or benefits experience is a plus
