They are seeking a Paving Contract Project Coordinator responsible for coordinating all activities related to contract management and project coordination to ensure compliance with company standards and legal regulations.

Responsibilities
Draft, review, and revise contracts, subcontracts, change orders, purchase orders, and amendments
Ensure contracts comply with company policies, project requirements, and applicable laws/regulations
Incorporate scope of work, schedules, pricing, payment terms, insurance, and risk provisions accurately
Track contract approvals, signatures, and execution status
Maintain organized digital and physical contract files
Assist Project Managers with administrative coordination of construction projects
Track project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
Coordinate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
Support project scheduling by tracking milestones and deliverables
Prepare and log change orders based on approved scope or cost changes
Verify supporting documentation (pricing, scope, schedules)
Update contract values and maintain change order logs
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within the paving or heavy civil construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contracts management
Familiarity with project scheduling methodologies and construction site safety protocols
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams including contractors, clients, and suppliers
Preferred
Experience with construction site supervision is preferred but not mandatory
