Responsibilities
Manage bookkeeping for 25 or more clients across various industries
Manage payroll reporting and processing for multiple clients
Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
File sales tax returns and assist with other business filings
Collaborate with bookkeeping and tax team members across departments
Qualification
Required
Manage bookkeeping for 25 or more clients across various industries
Manage payroll reporting and processing for multiple clients
Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
File sales tax returns and assist with other business filings
Collaborate with bookkeeping and tax team members across departments
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or Accounting CS
Comfortable managing multiple client files simultaneously
Strong understanding of general bookkeeping and accounting practices
Well versed with handling and processing payroll
Strong Excel skills and experience with Microsoft 365
Strong attention to detail, Accuracy, and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and use various industry-specific software
Work location: Naperville, IL
Schedule: Full-time, year-round
Introductory Period: 6 months, followed by performance evaluation
Potential for incentive-based compensation plans

Preferred
