They are seeking an experienced, data-driven, and innovative Director of Asset Management to lead their institutional operations, focusing on maximizing revenue and driving best-in-class performance.

Responsibilities

Lead by example and inspire the team by fostering a culture of core value alignment, collaboration, and a pursuit of excellence

Oversee property operations and drive portfolio performance by establishing KPIs, aligning with SLAs and client goals, and executing strategies that drive client satisfaction and business outcomes

Create ad hoc reporting and partner with our data team to provide unparalleled visibility into KPIs and SLAs aimed at driving portfolio performance

Develop and execute quarterly goals focused on portfolio performance, client experience, and Evernest business outcomes

Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and market teams, leasing, accounting, property services, resident services and other key stakeholders to optimize portfolio results and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Conduct market visits and property inspections, providing insights and adjustments that enhance portfolio and operational performance and Evernest outcomes

Maintain excellent communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and delivering exceptional service to meet evolving client objectives

Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, implementing best practices, and promoting continuous process improvement

Partner with senior leadership to identify and implement institutional best practices which can be implemented across the portfolio for improved performance and client experience
